By downloading, installing, or using dBSTAT (hereinafter "the Software"), you (the "User") agree to be bound by the terms of this License Agreement.

1. License Grant and Eligibility

• This is a free, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license granted solely for educational, academic research, and personal learning purposes.
• This license is strictly limited to current students (including elementary, middle, high school, undergraduate, and graduate students).

2. Restrictions (Important)

• Non-Commercial Use Only: You may NOT use the Software for any commercial purposes, profit-generating activities, or professional work within companies, non-profit organizations, or government institutions.
• No Redistribution or Modification: You may not sub-license, rent, lease, or redistribute the Software to any third party. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying the Software is strictly prohibited.

3. No Warranty & Limitation of Liability

• The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• The developer shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to data loss or system errors, arising out of the use or inability to use the Software.

4. Termination

• This license automatically terminates if you violate any terms of this agreement. Upon termination, you must immediately destroy all copies of the Software in your possession.
